Oysters with Laverbread & Perl Las

Serves: 4

    24 oysters open and shells cleaned

    200g laverbread

    100g Per Las grated

    300g cream cheese
  1. Lay the shells on a tray with rock salt and put a tea spoon of lava bread into each one, place an oyster on top and cover with cheese mix. This can be done several hours in advance.
  2. Place in a hot oven or under a grill until golden brown.
